Ahead of the next round of Project Cut starting on Monday, in this Q&A I cover what happens if you don’t hit calorie targets, how to manage hunger (including the mental side), and how to track food more efficiently.
I also answer questions on weekends away, meals out, holidays, early-morning training and fasted workouts, plus common training queries like logging warm-up sets and machine weights.
We talk about explaining your goals to others, navigating food around sensitive social situations, and setting realistic expectations around leanness, glutes, and social media physiques.
Black or white.
Good or bad.
On-track or off-track.
All or nothing.
This mindset has been holding you back for far too long now, so today I’m explaining exactly why you do it, and how to fix it so you can get out of your own way and actually start seeing progress

“Wanting to get lean” is just one small part of the puzzle when I’m judging if someone is a good candidate for a cut.
Too many people want to start immediately without having any of the groundwork in place.
Which just makes the process feel overwhelming and a huge uphill battle as they fight to change a million things all at once.
So if you’re planning a fat loss phase this year and want the process to be as easy and successful as possible, tune in for the things you need to have in place first.
