What if the future of healthcare wasn’t found in more red tape, but in radical simplicity and human connection? In this powerful episode of Grow Your Wellth, I sit down with Dr. Sarah Crawford, physical therapist, entrepreneur, and founder of Anchor Wellness Center and WAVE Physical Therapy, for a raw and revolutionary conversation about what it means to build a business that truly serves both patients and providers.
Dr. Crawford shares how her frustration with fragmented care and insurance-driven medicine inspired her to create a new model, one rooted in whole-person healing, community support, and entrepreneurial empowerment. We dive into how Anchor provides healthcare providers with the infrastructure, mentorship, and co-working ecosystem they need to thrive, and why going outside the insurance model may be the key to reclaiming autonomy and impact.
We also talk about the emotional side of entrepreneurship, what it means to lead with self-awareness, and why grace, not perfection, is the true antidote to burnout. Whether you're in healthcare or just building a values-driven business, this episode is for anyone who wants to create a more meaningful impact without losing themselves in the process.

In this episode of Grow Your Wellth, I sit down with Melia Yust, multi-time entrepreneur, designer, and founder of krādil, to talk about the realities of launching a product-based business from the ground up. In this episode of Grow Your Wellth, I’m joined by Dr. Nicole Garritano — a leadership coach, professor, and Human Design expert — to talk about a tool that’s been changing lives and businesses: Human Design.
If you’ve never heard of it, Human Design is kind of like a blueprint for how your energy is meant to work. It’s based on your birth date, time, and place — like astrology — but it blends in other systems too, including chakras, personality types, and even quantum physics. The result? A personalized guide to how you’re wired to make decisions, show up in the world, and lead with less stress and more ease.
Nicole breaks it all down in a way that’s easy to understand. We talk about how Human Design can help you become a better leader, avoid burnout, and create a healthier, more aligned business. We also dig into the importance of emotional intelligence, trusting your gut, and understanding the difference between your soul and your ego — especially as women, where emotions are often undervalued.
If you’re ready to feel more in flow and less in fight mode, this is a must-listen episode. Learn more about Dr. Nicole Garritano at https://www.instagram.com/drnicolegarritano. Use the code WELLTH to save 50% off your own Human Design Session with Dr. Nicole at nicolegarritano.podia.com!

Paige shares her personal journey from burnout to balance, revealing the mindset shifts that helped her go from scarcity and fear to abundance and trust. We dive into the language we use in business, how it shapes our reality, and why feedback is one of the most valuable gifts we can receive as entrepreneurs.
She opens up about the non-negotiables that keep her grounded, the importance of protecting her peace — especially in her role as a mother — and the way she practices what she preaches by truly embodying her clients’ experiences. We also talk about what holistic therapy really means, and why it’s so essential to address root causes, not just symptoms.

Three months into what felt like a storybook marriage, Dion Ruzicka and Cindy Aplanalp were suddenly faced with a life-altering challenge: Dion was diagnosed with leukemia. They turned to contrast therapy — cycling between sauna, cold plunge, and hot plunge — and became daily practitioners of the breathwork. Listening to his intuition, he and Cindy embarked on a healing journey rooted in self-advocacy, resilience, and radical wellness… and started their business, Loyly Sauna Lounge, in just four days.
Not only did Dion’s leukemia stop advancing, but both he and Cindy experienced profound mental and physical transformations. What started as a personal wellness practice became a life mission.
Loyly is more than a wellness destination; it’s a community built around healing, breathwork, and the power of hot and cold exposure to change lives. In this episode, we talk about the science behind contrast therapy, the importance of consistency in wellness routines, building emotional and mental resilience when building a business, and how Cindy and Dion are helping others reclaim their health through the power of daily rituals.
