You will never be wrong for putting yourself first or prioritizing your needs. We are so used to overextending, that actually choosing ourselves and putting our needs first feels like we are doing something wrong. Let’s move away from that. Release that. You are deserving of radical self-care. Allow it. Join me as I expand on radical self-care, what this looks like and why this is needed for everyone.
A huge part of my healing journey has been leaning into my community more. Letting my people support me, love on me, and hold space for me. Tune in as I discuss what this looks like for me, and how you too can utilize community healing.

We always talk about narcissists and abusers gaslighting people, but what about when you gaslight yourself? “I’m just too sensitive” “I’m being dramatic. They didn’t mean it like that” “I’m probably just making a big deal” Do any of these look/feel familiar? If yes, maybe you self gaslight. Join me as I discuss what self-gaslighting looks and sounds like, how to be conscious of when you’re doing it, and how to put an end to it.
In this episode, I discuss our experiences being life lessons (whether we want them to or not), feeling and dealing with regret and how we can cope with all of this.
OOP — don’t worry we’ve all be there. In this episode, I discuss jealousy/envy, why we feel these things, and how we can work through these feelings and overcome them.
