George Dean shares his harrowing journey of a troubled childhood marked by trauma, including abuse, neglect, addiction, and foster care. Today he is a program supervisor in child and youth care. George advocates for better treatment of children in care by talking about his own experiences. He aims to inspire change in the child welfare system and provide hope to those in need and for others who have experienced similar struggles.
