I am sure you've all seen the "That Girl" trend on social media, it's been going around for a while and I am here for it! That Girl isn't one girl, you are already That Girl, it's simply about cultivating a lifestyle that allows you to show up as the best version of you! However, if you're anything like me you've probably drawn a lot of inspiration from the social media trend so I wanted to break down the habits of "That Girl" so that you can meet yourself where you're at and start cultivating a healthy lifestyle TODAY!
In this episode I discuss:
- Eating healthy- if you're not already drinking the daily recommended amount of water don't worry about adding greens powders or supplements, start small.
- Exercise- "That Girl" is often portrayed as a fitness influencer on social media, but if you're not already working out simply start with walking and just focus on building the habit of moving daily.
- Morning/Evening routine- scrolling through TikTok makes it seem like every "That Girl" routine consists of a 57 step skin care routine, an hour of meditation or some other elaborate self-care practice. Don't complicate it, but carve out at least 5 minutes for you as a part of your morning or evening routine.
