  • Your Emotions are Stopping You....

    Send us Fan Mail

On this episode, Tarryn & Gillis talk about the biggest thing that stops people - their emotions. When we let our emotions over-run us, it causes us to quit, and when we quit, we live with that regret. We challenge you to reflect inward and ask yourself if you let your emotions cause to you quit and do you run off of your emotions or do you know how to think logically and understand that being uncomfortable is temporarily?

  • Correcting Hypothyroidism Isn't JUST About Kcals & Lifting

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome back to a NEW season of GT Radio! Let's start this season off with a bang and talk about correcting hypothyroidism.  The biggest mistake people make with trying to correct a lower functioning thyroid is thinking that it's just about increasing calories, and lifting more.... don't get us wrong, yes, that is helpful, BUT....

There's A LOT more that goes into it than just those two things.

On this episode we dive into the layers and what other things need to be addressed, and why just increasing food intake & training isn't the solution, especially for the folks who deal with adrenal cortisol issues.
