Sheri Fogarty is among the first Reiki Masters in Canada, with over 30 years of professional experience. She is also a skilled Crystal Healer, Meditation Instructor, Shiatsu Therapist, and Licensed Holistic Practitioner.

When Sheri was a teenager, she embarked on a healing journey. She connected with teachers who helped her to heal and empowered her to help thousands of others. Through her life’s work, she has learned first-hand how painful emotions create imbalances in the chakras and form blockages in the energy body. These blockages disrupt the even flow of life force energy, negatively impacting spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Over time, she also discovered that she could restore optimal health to the energy body by super-charging her healing work with the power of crystals.

Given Sheri’s vast international experience, she has become a well-sought expert in her field. She has appeared on morning and news TV programs, radio shows, and podcasts throughout North America and abroad.

Sheri currently resides in Toronto where she teaches Reiki and energy healing, and how to work with healing crystals. In her private practice, she specializes in relieving anxiety, depression, and grief, by helping her clients dissolve their energy blocks, rebalance their chakras, and connect to the inner light of their souls.
