Ajahn Brahm conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Ajahn Brahm guides his last meditation before the Rains Retreat. Ajahn teaches that restlessness means you aren't happy where you are, and that it is the joy of the meditation that keeps your mind from wandering all over the place.
