Dating is complicated enough without throwing AGE into it. Does age really matter? 

The girls dive into the pros and cons of dating older and younger. Headspace is definitely different with different ages. 

The girls share their preferences in age, and one of them is faced with the decision to continue dating an older man.  

Nina, Ang, and Krista discuss what it means to be "busy". 

The girls talk about how they try and find time to do things for them and even with each other. 

Sometimes when you're always busy, you stop getting invited to things, and that's what happened to one of the girls. 

The girls are back & they have a few things that are TRIGGERING them! 

Ang is triggered because people keep coming into her bar and NOT tipping, walking out on tabs, and splitting the bill between 10 people. 

Krista is triggered because she THINKS she has a balled patch in her hair. She's deciding if she wants to shave it all off and start new. Her hair is one of the things that defines her the most. 

Nina is triggered because she's having BIRTHDAY anxiety. Being a transplant and it being a pandemic is not making this year's birthday easy.

Nina and Ang took a road trip from Chicago to Seattle, Washington to visit Nina's family & definitely learned a lot about each other during that time. Nina and her friends, Krista and Angie, have an open and honest conversation about the Black Lives Matter movement. They discuss ways they have participated, how they continue to push forward, and they ask each other real questions as they talk through their different experiences including owning up to "accidental" racism. The point of this conversation is to keep the dialogue going.

Have you seen the memes joking about what the Kardashian's faces are going to like outside of quarantine because their botox wore off?  Well, have you maybe also considered what your face is going to look like when the botox wears off?  HA!  We kid but it's also real which is why Nina has invited her friend Ashley Bohling onto the pod.  Ashley is an aesthetic injector in the Chicago area who knows her stuff.  She shares her knowledge when it comes to injectables and discusses possible future trends in the beauty industry.  She offers guidance to anyone that has been curious about receiving treatments and answers all of our questions!  Ashley also is excited to share with us details about her upcoming engagement AND the journey she has been on to get a new butt.  Yup!  Ashley is getting a BBL.  Nina, Krista, Angie and Ashley have a lot of fun with this one while also emphasizing the importance of one's own self-love and self-esteem.  True beauty always comes from within.  

Introducing Chicago's Own Tiger King! Aka Jon Vargas.  He's a cat daddy of 2 beautiful Bengals that look just like mini tigers!  What does it actually mean if you're a mini tiger tamer?  Nina has a controversial theory but ultimately the internet wins. Jon is one of the first people Nina became close to when she moved to Chicago from New York.  He's a person that she trusts and a person she wanted you all to know (especially now) because of his kind heart, hilarious sense of humor and his beautiful brain.  He talks about quarantine with the mini tigers, how he's been forced to be extra creative when it comes to work, packing on the pounds and how he stays sane.  This is just part I because the zoom got cut a little short.  Jon is also very knowledgeable about the power of the brain, our thoughts and the role it plays in our reality.  Part II will explore all of that and more.  We'll talk about how honing those skills will not only get us through quarantine in the middle of a global pandemic but also how they will help us thrive and get closer to achieving our own personal goals.  STAY TUNED!!!!
