Stephen Halbrook has a Ph.D. in philosophy from Florida State University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is an attorney who has argued and won cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and is a Senior Fellow with the Independent Institute. He has written extensively on the Second Amendment, and his latest books are Gun Control in the Third Reich: Disarming the Jews and "Enemies of the State" and Gun Control in Nazi-Occupied France: Tyranny and Resistance.
