Deepthinking with The Son Of Fatboy!

Oh GURL, has it really been that long? We recorded this wonderful episode with rising star DJ Woody Cook earlier in the year and we thought it was time at last to share! Velvet and Stu are back as well as guest host from the Newcastle Ravens Glenn Kevin to go over Woody's forays into reality television, living with ADHD, his burgeoning career as a DJ, coming out as bisexual, having famous parents, and just generally setting the world to rights. We also discuss Woody's personal philosophy and what his label Truth Tribe really is all about.

Yer Gunna Make Me Scrum!

Oh GURL, we're back after a slight hiatus (that has almost nothing at all to do with us becoming incredibly busy since venues opened up again...) and in this episode we're "tackling" the world of rugby with special guest and first openly gay Major League Rugby player Devin Ibañez alongside guest hosts Glenn & Matt from legendary IGR (International Gay Rugby) team the Newcastle Ravens RFC. With only Velvet to steer the ship this episode it's surprising we didn't run aground, but instead manage to discuss Devin's LGBT+ journey and career as well as the future of equality in sport with a couple of laughs thrown in for good measure.
