When was the last time the GURU talked about the Charlotte Hornets, or the Utah Mammath, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, or Saint Mary's? Really? Check this, most of these teams are really not on the sports radar, but they could raise some eyebrows. We are saying goodbye to a music legend, who left us this week. Neil Sedaka. From the late 50's to the mid 1970's, Sedaka was one of the top song writers and performers. From Oh Carol, to Breaking up is hard to do, his musical influence made a hugh impact. Sedaka was 86. The GURU has a heavy-heart with the announcement of the end of the road for the CBS / Infinity sports network. For the past thirteen years, we have been entertained by a long host of great people that made this network what it is today. At the end of the month, the microphone will be silent, and the Infinity signs will be taken down and be replaced with a new company. Most of the host will not be apart of the new regime, but we cannot forget the people that made this network a vital part of our lives. I'm sad, upset, frustrated, pissed, and really fucked up over this. I will never forget or turn my back on everyone at this network. This is a tragedy and like having a DEATH IN THE FAMILY.
