Sanderson is suing Paltrow for $300K claiming that in 2016 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, Paltrow rammed into him while skiing causing traumatic brain injuries and four broken ribs. Paltrow says it was actually Sanderson that plowed into her from behind and is countersuing for $1 + legal fees.
