The Milwaukee Bucks had an exciting draft and added athletic, big wing prospects! The Bucks traded up to the 36th overall pick to select Andre Jackson Jr., plus used the 58th overall pick on Chris Livingston and added Omari Moore as a two-way player and Drew Timme as an exhibit 10 player after the draft. Ti Windisch and Jordan Treske convened the morning after the draft to discuss the players selected in detail (they are very excited about Jackson Jr.), what the additions show about Milwaukee’s new roster building methodology, plus cover the latest news on Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez ahead of free agency next week.

The Milwaukee Bucks tried but failed to acquire Brad Beal over the weekend, with Beal ending up in Phoenix and the Bucks needing to look elsewhere for roster improvements ahead of Adrian Griffin’s rookie season as head coach. Rohan Katti and Ti Windisch explored lots of options, most less splashy than Beal but many who could make a real impact in helping Giannis Antetokounmpo win a second title, including: Tyus Jones, Collin Sexton, Monte Morris, Deni Avdija, Kenrich Williams, Yuta Watanabe, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, Buddy Hield, Tobias Harris, Keita Bates-Diop, and more.

The Milwaukee Bucks have some big decisions to make this season on nine of their own free agents (plus two two-way players) so Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti played should they stay or should they go now (a reference, astoundingly, made by Rohan) with all of them on the Gyro Step. The pod opens with some Bucks news though, including that Milwaukee is bringing Terry Stotts to be an offensive-minded assistant on Adrian Griffin’s coaching staff and that Bobby Portis will be with Team USA for the FIBA World Cup this summer.

After those items it was decision time. The Milwaukee Bucks next head coach will be former Toronto Raptors lead assistant Adrian Griffin according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, as apparently Nick Nurse pulled out of the race at some point and the Bucks went with Griffin, who Giannis Antetokounmpo reportedly very much likes.
