There’s so much good stuff happening around you all the time.
I know it’s sometimes difficult to see, hear or feel the good things, especially when you have life stuff happening that doesn’t feel good, it doesn’t sound good and it doesn’t look good.
When you’re in a state where you can’t see, hear or feel the good in your life, you can end up in a bad mood or even worse, end up in a downward spiral that is so difficult to get out of.
I know this because I was once someone who would get into that downward spiral and I know how hard it is to stop that downward momentum. Then, I had one of those “aha” moments that shifted my perspective and I haven’t had that kind of downward spiral in years!

When you’re being a more positive, resourceful and healthier person, you’ll be able to grow your business a lot easier. Plus, you’ll be more attractive to prospective clients because in general, people love to be around positive people.
