There's nothing more the human brain hates than uncertainty - which we're facing plenty of with the Covid 19 crisis right now. ''When will this end?'' is what we all want to know. I don't have the answer to that, but I do have the answer to how to not let the anxiety over this uncertainty cripple your ability to stay focused on what matters more right now - like setting up a new routine or being productive with your studies from home.

You CAN get to the other side of this more resilient than ever, but focusing on all the uncertainty isn't how you get there. Tune in to learn more and do something your future self will thank you for!
