Axel welcomes back Alexander Rossi, a real estate investor focussed on pre-construction real estate, to talk about the pre-construction market, how to manage it in the current economic environment and how to engage with new construction developers.
Alex has a background in the financial industry. He is a real estate investor who is very successful in the purchase of new construction and he has built significant returns on investment over the years. Most of his properties on plans have come from working together with the developer.
