We clean our bodies everyday on a physical level but we tend to neglect our energy field! This is the energy that surrounds us that's about 3 feet in circumference around our body. This field holds a lot of information that affects our emotions and well being. We want to maintain a clear space as often as possible to keep our vibration high!

We are always bumping into other people's energy fields and often taking on energy that is not our own.  We may be feeling great and then next thing we know we're agitated and irritable. Sometimes that's from someone's else's energy, not your own! Whether low vibrations are from someone else or from your own life,  it's always a good idea to clean your space regularly.

So many of us have been programmed to think that we must be always on the go “doing” something. With this “rat race” mentality we may have distracted ourselves from really feeling and processing our emotions. In the distraction we’ve denied ourself the opportunity to heal. Raising our vibration doesn’t mean things are always positive and light, we have to feel the darkness as well. It’s an aspect of us that we have to shine a light on and love. During this time when everything is on pause, I invite you to not distract yourself from doing but instead sit in stillness and feel. You will heal and uplevel in such a massive way if you allow this.

In this meditation we clear stuck energy within your solar plexus and activate that center. Your solar plexus is the home of your personal power, self discipline, confidence and self esteem. If you struggle with self doubt or taking action this would be a great meditation to do. We also go into an alternate time where you have felt the most confident. You can use this part of the meditation as a manifestation practice and create a time or you can travel back to a memory where confidence filled your body.
