What would your world look like if you followed your passion? If you’re curious about creating your own path forward... one that allows you to build on what truly ignites you.... if you've ever asked yourself "what if" .... then this episode is for you.
We welcome special guest Meggin Anderson, who is a business owner, mentor and BODi partner. Ten years ago, she made a BOLD move and a BIG change, shedding 80 pounds and starting her own health and wellness company. Meggin shares how she navigated this shift one step at a time with discipline, focus and hard work. She candidly shares how she chose to step-in and manage her own inner critic (Am I too old for this? Is the fitness industry really for me? Is Network Marketing legit?) so that she could focus on building a thriving business helping other working moms lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Meggin's story, along with some invaluable pearls of wisdom, may just leave you asking some important questions as you think about your own path of self-discovery and growth.
