Do you have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep?
Maybe it's not so much staying asleep as it is falling back to sleep after you've gotten up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, or your kids had a bad dream, or because you had a hot flash.
First, rest assured, waking up in the middle of the night is normal.
Second, this usually happens more as we age. Again, perfectly normal.
Third, If you struggle with falling back to sleep, as in you're awake more than 25 minutes, my latest podcast episode is for you.
I'm talking about what you can do to help yourself relax, to create the conditions that make that whole sleep process easier, and what to do when you have been staring at the inside of your eyelids for too long.
I'm also sharing one of the most common mistakes people make when they are trying to fall back to sleep and what to do instead.
So if you've been suffering from insomnia, help is on the way.
