We are beyond grateful for our incredible guests who have inspired us beyond belief and encouraged us to learn and grow. For technology allowing us to record even though we’re miles apart. And for you, our beautiful listeners and followers. Hello Happy Hearts. This will be our final episode of Season 3 because we believe it is a powerful and important conversation to be had. We want to use the rest of our time continuing our education of the Black Lives Matter movement and encourage our community to do the same. We spoke with Elle Vincent about racism, privilege and what we can do to keep our foot on the gas to continue the fight against racism. It will be a long journey for us all but we hope you will join us by continuing to have conversations, signing petitions and donating to integral charities that support this movement. Hello Happy Hearts! We have a new episode for you and it features the incredible Molly~May Gardiner.

Molly sat with us and spoke about discovering Buddhism, the person she was before she started her practice, and the growth she has seen and felt within herself since finding faith.

Having this chat was so eye opening for us and we loved learning about the impact that Buddhism is having for so many people.

Lydia is an actress, singer and all round spiritual badass. The majority of our convo was all about self love, self worth and how to fall in love with yourself and your journey.
