For years as children we believed that some jolly man in a red suit would come down our chimney and bring us presents, yet we struggle to believe in ourselves. Doubt, insecurity and fear creep up on us. It's time to believe in ourselves again and start living the life that we want.

We spend so much time thinking about the mistakes we made in the past and how it will effect our future. We need to forgive ourselves for our past and trust in Heavenly Father that our future will be amazing. We need to show up and be present in the now.

We live thinking that we will never die, but one day we really will run of tomorrows. Make sure you are living each day, the way that you desire to.

As each of us go through life, we will have dissapointments, grief, and loss. Today we explore how we can deal with each of these.

When life throws an unexpected curveball at you, just remember many unexpected things that happen in your life, turned out pretty good!

Whether It feels like it our not, each of us really are doing the best that we know how given our thinking at the time. Focus on the good that you do each day instead of remembering the bad.
