Today, I sit down and chat with fellow Life Coach Emma Millett. 

How often do you worry what other people think? How has it helped you? Probably not all. Let's face it as human beings we often care at least a little bit what people think, but today we explore how it helps if we don't.

Often times we hate to wait in life, and so we settle for the thing that we almost want most instead of waiting for the thing we want most. Today we discuss the benefits of waiting for the thing that you want most.

The longer we go through life, the more tempting it is to settle for something that we don't really want. It may be a relationship, a job or something else. Today's episode discusses the benefits of not settling, and holding out for what we really want.

Everyone else is telling us what we need to do to be happy, however the secret is what we have been told since we were children. Just be yourself!

There is no way to please everyone and many of us of us spend so much time worrying about pleasing other people, what if instead we focused on pleasing ourselves first? There is no one way that we can please everyone, so we must please ourselves first and we will enjoy life much more.

How do you start over and try again, when you have failed so many times before? 

Each of us has failed many times in our lives, so when we fall flat on our face or decide to make a change or even try something new, how do we do it?

Today I get the privilege to sit down and chat with my dear friend Jim Christian, Jim is a huge Disney fan, and host the podcast That Old Mouse Magic which is focused on sharing Disney memories by those that have lived them.  Jim also happens to have had a life full of adventure and is one of the happiest people I know, join us today as we chat about love, loss, being a single parent and finding happiness when life had many unexpected turns.

How many of us thought that would be single for many years? I sure didn't, every year that I continued to be single, I would be more and more in denial.  I pretended that I was just passing through Singletown, I pretended that I wasn't a resident just like everyone else. What if instead of living in denial, we accepted the fact that we are single, and we started living as if we were going to be single forever?

Today, I sit down with comedian Steve Soelberg and have a nice exploration of what has helped him find happiness while being single.
