Being just 18, Fay Mitchell already feels she has lived many lives. Since her 2012 diagnosis, Fay has been advocating for Autism and anxiety tolerance. From starting youth clubs at school, creating resources such as blogs and being part of the behind the scenes social media team for Thrive.
It's safe to say she knows a thing or two about ending stigma. Growing in both confidence
and resilience along the way, Fay successfully secured a place within a top performing arts school. After attending for a year, she decided to switch monologues for scrubs and gloves, pursuing a new dream to become a qualified mental health nurse.
Fay has now worked within the hospital as a proud Nurse Cadet for the NHS. Received interviews from top university's, where she aims to kick start her nursing degree. When she isn't supporting at the hospital, Fay can be found walking her big red labrador Cooper or enjoying an episode of DCI Banks.

Rachel Parkes is a financial planner, which in layman's terms means helping people to use what they have, to live the life they want to live. She focusses largely on the millennial generation and she's passionate about providing financial education and guidance to those who feel lost and overwhelmed when it comes to money.
When she doesn't work and she's most likely on the sofa binge-watching the latest gripping Netflix show, or if inspiration strikes, you can find it on the yoga mat, fumbling through the moves and trying her best despite , not having an ounce of flexibility whatsoever.

Chezzy Kennedy is communications director for Thrive, which is slightly ironic. Given her actual diagnosis with a communication disorder, when she isn't communicating badly or bluntly, she has nerding it up on the painting table or killing orcs in a dungeon, having spent many years championing neurodiversity and telling the world that all behaviour is communication.
Chezzy is now an expert in a field and is a sought after speaker and trainer.
