At some point in your life you're going to be a bit of a failure, and it may be one of the best things to happen to you. Success if great but it's the failure that makes you grow as a person. You just don’t tend to learn as much when you’re having a good time.

So in this weeks episode we're chatting about why failure is so important, how not to beat yourself up when it happens and how to look on the bright side.

In episode one we covered self care, which is about being kind to yourself but sometimes you need to be a bit tough with yourself and that's where being your own mammy comes in. Self parenting is all about giving yourself the unconditional love, guidance and boundaries that a good parent would. 

In episode three we're talking about how to handle life's problems without your parents, whether they're in another county, another country, aren't around or are simply a bit shit. Episode three is about being an independent self-sufficient lady/man (and how sometimes that can actually mean relying on other people).

The world (and the people in it) could just benefit from a bit more kindness. In episode one we focused on how we can be kinder to ourselves, now in episode two we're chatting about taking that kindness and sharing it with others (while still minding yourself in the process) Deirdre and Aimée chat all about how to be kind to the aggravating people in your life as well as how not to lash out at the one's you love.
