Has Russia been weakened?

As the Kremlin struggles to contain the fallout from Yevgeny Prigozhin’s uprising, Russian missiles struck a pizza restaurant in the heart of Kramatorsk, Ukraine, killing at least eleven people. And while the US government is keeping its distance from the thwarted rebellion in Russia, President Joe Biden says Putin has "absolutely" been weakened. CNN Correspondent Ben Wedeman reports from Eastern Ukraine.
