Russian authorities in the region of Kursk -- close to the border with Ukraine -- said today a drone had hit an airfield. Does that signal a new phase in the war? Christiane asked US Under Secretary for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, just back from visiting Kyiv where she met with President Zelensky.
