Haunted or Hoax

Hey, we're the worst, sorry! But hopefully you'll like this episode, it's about a social club in Nevada and was suggested by listener Adam. The Washoe club boasts escort ghosts, prospector poltergeists, and a lot of old timey charm. But...is any of that legit or is it just a way to rope in tourism? Also, where the heck did the Ghost Adventures episode go? Find out and listen!

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT KRISTEN HAD TO EDIT THIS EPISODE SO FORGIVE HER. New York is the place to be if you want sad mental institutions with haunted halls. Utica is no exception. With its history of patient deaths, living conditions, and a horrific crib, it’s no wonder this place is said to be brimming with spirits. But is it really haunted by ghosts or just the awful memories of the sick?

The Heilbron Mansion. Better known as the Night Stalk the Mansion inspiration. Did we read the book? No. But we had plenty of other things to go off of for this location. Will it go the way of other places that inspired books?

Hey! We're back in the groove of weekly episodes! This week we are discussing Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta, Canada. Oops! Sorry for the week delay, a wonder week got the best of Kristen’s son! This episode is thanks to one of our listeners Michelle, who gave us the suggestion of Highlands Ranch Mansion in Colorado. One of the former owner‘s daughters is rumored to haunt the mansion. Is it true? Well, the land has changed hands and has had it fair share of scandal. The paranormal though? You’ll have to listen for yourself.

Welcome 2024!  We came back from our holiday break with a LIVE episode to celebrate our 100th. We can't believe we've investigated the haunted history of 100 places. Thank you all for being part of our virtual ghost tours! For our milestone episode we discussed Angel Island off the coast of California and featured in the Ghost Adventures Special: Devil Island. With a lot of interesting evidence and wasted history, this was just the place we needed to break in the new year!
