Hello those of you who have been doing the work!

The emotional work, the mental work, the spiritual work, and in some cases even the physical work that it takes to help return to equilibrium once your nervous system has been disrupted?

I say once (not if) because we should be getting to a place now where it’s expected that it will happen. It will happen. And that fact alone may cause you some dysregulation.

But what if things inside you are getting better?? Do you know how to recognize? It may look different than you think.

Take some time to restore,

Does anything need to change?

Let’s start to answer some of these questions as we continue to prepare and adapt.

A couple more specific scenarios for our conflict subset. We’re starting out with group dynamics and then moving into major disagreements.

It’s a lot; I know it’s a lot. Please keep trying though. If it’s worth it to you to have this person in your life then let it be worth it to keep trying to resolve what ails you both.

We haven’t done multiple Friendship series episodes since the week of the election!

It felt right this week. I hope you’ve been finding healthy ways to make it through each day.

Find your people! They’re out there,
