Being kind is good for your health !!

In multiple studies, it has been shown the being on the giving end of a kindness interaction can be beneficial for you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

*Note: I gladly notice and compliment all kinds of people on their nail art, regardless of their gender :) In today’s examples I was thinking of a specific person who happened to be female
