Today we are joined by @pamelabannos to discuss The Chicago City Cemetery. Pamela is a photographer, a professor at Northwestern, an author, and so much more. Last week we covered the history of the Ira Couch tomb and the cemetery, and this week we had the pleasure to sit down with Pamela and discuss her research.

Today Sam is giving you a bit of a Chicago history lesson. Chicago’s Lincoln Park is well known as a hotspot in the city, but in the mid 1800’s the park was one of Chicago’s first cemeteries. Currently Ira Couch’s tomb is the last standing reminder of Chicago City Cemetery. Check out Pamela Bannos’s research about Chicago City Cemetery!

Today Sam tells you about the terrifying murder of Missy Bevers. On April 18, 2016 Missy was murdered early in the morning at an area church while setting up for a 5:00 AM fitness class. Unfortunately her murderer has never been identified despite some eerie security footage.

Sam tells you about the disappearance of Andrew Gosden in 2007. Andrew left his home on September 14th just like any other school day, but instead of going to school he sat at a nearby park and waited for the rest of his family to leave. He went back home, changed out of his school uniform and went to the train station. On the way to the station he withdrew £200 and hopped on a train to London. Today Kelly presents an international case from Australia, the horrifying and grim murder of a young mother of three, Kelly Wilkinson. Kelly was frantic during the last weeks of her life, desperate for help from the police to protect her from her estranged husband. Despite pending charges against him he had no intention of leaving her alone, and it seemed like no one had intentions on providing Kelly further help.
