This week’s episode is with Mark Groves and Aaron Albert, the co-founders of the Mine’d App which is an emotional wellbeing app that lets people discover and interact with mental health professionals via live and on-demand expert-led video and audio series that address a wide range of topics including everything from recovering from infidelity, pandemic reemergence, understanding codependency, boundaries and so much more. The app launched Sept of 2020 and already have 50,000 users and continue to grow. Both Mark, who some of you might know from his amazing Instagram @createthelove, and Aaron discovered their passion for helping people after having both gone through devastating breakups and came together to help people navigate very human emotions in a non intimidating and community-heavy way.
On this episode we get into both Mark and Aaron’s backgrounds and each of their career 180s, we get into the role identity plays when it comes to career and how to let go of it, unlearning societal beliefs, how they got to creating Mine’d, how relationships affect every aspect of life, and pursuing our authentic self expression.
