Confidence is one of those things that can be hard to navigate, sticky even. We live in a society that is constantly asking us to “show up as our best selves” while simultaneously making us feel like we are not enough. So how can we as business owners, as people find the strength and courage to show up and say “this is me, take it or leave it”. How can we find success in our businesses, AND in our lives? I am a firm believer in the gradual becoming of things. Taking time and easing yourself in. People tend to think that amplifying your voice is all about being loud, but this is not the case. I believe amplification can be and look like whatever you choose. Today’s guest has found a way to amplify her voice and that of the passionate women around her. Join the fiery Hannah Pillow and I for an amazing conversation on amplification, confidence and giving ourselves grace. Tune in to hear Hannah share more about the importance of letting things happen when they need to happen, how she is navigating grief, and why in her experience, nothing is ever nothing.

We’ve had so many conversations about the journey, about what it takes to live a whole, fulfilling and aligned life. As many of you folks have found, the journey often includes a lot of “work”. It’s easy to get caught up in what we think the “work” should look like, in how the journey should unfold. But often we aren’t taught to surrender to ease or to do the work sustainably. Like many things in life, it all boils down to what works for you. What does making space for ease look like for you? What does success feel like to you? What about sustainability? As humans we often encounter the conundrum of “just being” mainly because letting in and trusting ease can be one of the hardest things to do, and as women and entrepreneurs we are taught that hard work is the only way to success. But often the societal ideas behind the concept of hard work ask us to grind and push and take us farther and farther away from a life of ease, sustainability and authenticity. Today’s guest is someone that is learning the value of slowing down, being intentional and prioritizing the inner work. Join Carly Jo Bell and I as we color and journey together and talk all things sustainability. Tune in to hear more about what it takes to create an easy and sustainable life and business, the value of giving ourselves space to be whole and why sustainability always makes space for things to shift with time.
