With COVID 19 playing a major role in all of our lives we will recall and implement our 5 Steps for starting any imperfect journey and directly apply them to our current reality.

This episode highlights our continued journey to setting boundaries through the age-old art of saying NO. While many find saying NO to be one of their most difficult struggles, in this episode, we focus on the idea and concept of saying YES to yourself FIRST.
