Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

In this episode, we explore the power of telling your story after a breakup. While breakups can be difficult and painful, sharing your experiences with others can help you heal and move forward.

We speak with expert Ginny Priem who discusses the benefits of sharing your story, including increased self-awareness, a sense of validation, and the ability to connect with others who have gone through similar experiences.

We also hear from individuals who have shared their own breakup stories and how it has helped them in their healing process. They share how opening up to friends, family, or even strangers has provided them with a sense of closure and allowed them to move on with their lives.

Whether it's through talking to loved ones or writing in a journal, telling your story can be a powerful tool in the healing process. Join us as we dive deeper into this topic and explore the many benefits of sharing your story after a breakup

Ginny Priem has an extensive background, including experience as a Master Certified Professional Life Coach and #1 best selling author, in addition to a corporate career spanning over 20 years, focusing on leadership and emotional intelligence. She is the host of the popular Drinking with Gin podcast and has over 15 years of speaking experience. In her #1 best selling book, You’re My Favorite, she shares the true story of her own personal traumatic end of a romantic relationship with a shocking twist as the man she thought was living in her house turned out to not be the man she thought he was at all. This jarring experience sent her on her own path of healing and growing.

In discovering her own path forward, she created GINpath, which is the path that she developed, tested and implemented to help others in growing through adversity. We all face tough times and have that one story, one that we may not think is big enough to share or manage through, but it's what we do with these stories that really matters. Ginny's keynotes leave audiences inspired to take the next step on their own path.

  • Episode 151 - Resistance + Reputation + Rest= Reward w/Paul Croswell

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

In episode 150 of our podcast, we discuss three biblical ways to prevent burnout. Burnout is a common problem that affects many people, and it can have serious consequences on our physical and mental health.

The first way to prevent burnout is to prioritize rest and Sabbath. God designed us to rest and recharge, and it's important to take time off to relax and rejuvenate.

The second way is to practice gratitude and cultivate a heart of thankfulness. When we focus on the good things in our lives, we can find joy and peace even in difficult circumstances.

The third way is to seek community and support. We were not meant to go through life alone, and having a supportive network of friends and family can help us through challenging times. By following these biblical principles, we can prevent burnout and live a more fulfilling and joyful life.

  • Episode 145 - Four Types of Relationships

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

    1. Friend
    2. Associate
    3. Someone we are assigned to help
    4. An advisor or mentor

3 ways to avoid getting  Distracted while waiting on God to send your husband

As a single woman, waiting on God to send your future husband can be a long and sometimes frustrating process. However, it's important to remember that God's timing is always perfect and He has a plan for your life. Here are a few tips to help you avoid getting distracted while waiting on God to send your husband:

    1. Stay focused on your relationship with God: The most important relationship you can have is with God. Spend time in prayer, meditation, and studying the Bible. This will help you stay focused on your faith and trust that God has a plan for your life.
    2. Stay busy: Take advantage of your single season by pursuing your passions and hobbies. Join a club or group that interests you, volunteer in your community, or take up a new hobby. This will keep you busy and fulfilled while you wait for God's timing.
    3. Surround yourself with positive influences: Surround yourself with friends and family who support and encourage you. Avoid negative influences or people who may discourage you from waiting on God's timing. Find a mentor who can provide guidance and support during this season of your life.

Remember, waiting on God's timing can be challenging, but it's important to stay focused on your faith and trust that God has a plan for your life. Stay busy, stay positive, and surround yourself with positive influences. Your future husband will come at the right time, just be patient and trust in God's plan for your life.
