• 1. Definiteness of purpose -consistent systematic use. Use it in all your daily interactions. Imitation is the death to definiteness of purpose. Hesitation and procrastination are the major reasons why people don’t succeed
• 2. Mastery over self- improper eating/ self control over food, sex, grasshopper mind learning to stay quiet, don’t share your opinion when it’s not asked
• 3. Learning from adversity- every challenge brings a seed of unborn opportunity FAILURE IS A STATE OF MIND
• 4. Controlling environmental influence- top 3 relationships that influence us are marriage, employment, close friends. You owe no one access to your environment
• 5. Time- the amount of time we spend thinking negatively or positively determines what direction our life will go into
• 6. Harmony acting with purpose- surrounding yourself around like minded people
• 7. Cautious thinking through your plan- using caution in your association of your associates leads you to success. Learning the art of saying no provides you with the space and grace to grow

Norm shares his testimony of being healed from the inside out. After spending 8 years in prison for committing a crime as a police officer, he allowed God to do a work in him that led him to helping others heal. While in prison he received a degree in theology and has dedicated his life to serving people through his healing and deliverance ministry.
