The Healing Ground Movement Podcast is taking an end of year break. We'll be back on January 3rd with all new episodes. In the meantime, check out this past episode where Dr. Carly is the interviewee and she dives deeper into the world of Salutogenesis! Through the course of her own health story, education and career, Dr. Carly noticed that as a society we tend to only start to take care of ourselves and our health when something breaks. This episode provides valuable insight on why this doesn’t have to be the norm – and how we can take control…before it’s too late. Are you ready to stop accepting the “average” and define your own health and wellness narrative? Listen and learn how!
