The American Psychological Association recently released the results of a survey on teens and stress. The findings showed that teens are more stressed than adults. Many struggle to manage their responsibilities, they feel out of control, and are not coping well. Joining me today to discuss this issue is Donna Golob, Executive Director of A Positive Approach to Teen Health. Each year, PATH provides the American Teens in Crisis conference and this year’s theme is Teens Under Stress, which will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014.
