Guys!!! Season 2......I am so grateful and extremely proud of myself for the work that I have put in thus far and blessed for those of you that have tuned in along the way. I am excited to see what we can do this season.

Guys!!!! I did it, 25 episodes completed. I am so grateful, from the bottom of my heart for all of the love I have received during this journey. Through the ups and downs, highs and lows, and don't forget the healing, I get to share these experiences and hopefully help you feel less alone through it all.

What was your favorite episode so far this season?

Going through the rough patches of live can seem overwhelming and and unbearable at times but I can promise you that it's only for a moment. There is always a rainbow after the storm.

When you really stop and you think about how blessed you are even though you are going through a battle. Step in to your power and your peace.

This one really took strength to pull through in order for the both of us not to cry. My baby brother sharing his story of strength and growth and his truth with us. To all of my supporters out there that are struggling, living in secret, or thriving, you have a supporter ( a friend) in me. The world can be an ugly place but you can find safety and support in places you never thought.

Daddy issues...am I right?

Can a man who grew up without a father truly love his son and teach him how to be a man? Can a daughter heal and move past the daddy issues? A close friend of mine and I discuss our daddy issues and how those experience have molded us into the people that we are today. Happy Fathers Day to all of the amazing fathers out there and to the ones that stepped up we see you!

It's easy to sit there and be angry at someone for walking out of your life. It's easy to be bitter and hold on to resentment but only hurts you not them. Be better, learn and grow from the situation that would have originally broken you.
