Healing Momma Podcast

As I am going through this healing journey, I am uncovering things about myself that I need to work on and change. This week, I was able to see that I had issues with my Ego. Always changing and evolving as a person and forever grateful for this opportunity.

A sit-down episode with my daughter. Chatting about my healing journey and how that has affected her and what she has learned in seeing me struggle.

She shared certain points of view that really hit home.

Don't be afraid to talk to your kids.

Happy Mothers Day to all the mommas out there!

One thing that I am learning throughout this healing journey is that I have the keys to reparent myself and provide little me what I need or was lacking throughout life. I am still learning and growing daily but to know that I have the keys and tools required to be ok and move in a healthy way is an awesome feeling.

Inner Peace can definitely be a battle. This episode, I am talking about the battle that I have at times with what old me would do, with what the new healed version of me should do. The difficulty of having to break through old habits and not feeling guilty.

Have you ever wanted something so bad, and it doesn't happen? Or have you lost a job or not gotten a promotion at work to only look back at the situation and see how it was all working out in your favor?

As I am growing on this healing journey, I often find myself reflecting and realizing how everything in life has lined up exactly how it was meant to be.

I had a great chat with Ashley a local police officer and friend about the Alpha Female Mentality. We discussed what we feel made us into the alphas that we are today and how it is to juggle female and masculine energy in life.

My struggles with a fixer mentality.

Went off the dome with this one LOL.

Life happens and I refuse to hide it.

Welcome back! Today we are talking about how we are the co-creators of our lives. Our thoughts, our words and our actions create our reality.

Lets make it an awesome world to live in.

Learning how to look at life on a higher level than just surface level.
