As I am going through this healing journey, I am uncovering things about myself that I need to work on and change. This week, I was able to see that I had issues with my Ego. Always changing and evolving as a person and forever grateful for this opportunity.

One thing that I am learning throughout this healing journey is that I have the keys to reparent myself and provide little me what I need or was lacking throughout life. I am still learning and growing daily but to know that I have the keys and tools required to be ok and move in a healthy way is an awesome feeling.

Inner Peace can definitely be a battle. This episode, I am talking about the battle that I have at times with what old me would do, with what the new healed version of me should do. The difficulty of having to break through old habits and not feeling guilty.

As I am growing on this healing journey, I often find myself reflecting and realizing how everything in life has lined up exactly how it was meant to be.
