In this solo episode, I’m diving into the fear of abandonment in relationships, attachment VS love and some of the key insights into why relationships trigger deeply ingrained insecurities. So many women come to me for coaching around their love life, specifically their fears of rejection, insecurities with men, overthinking or when they are struggling to cope after a breakup. I empathise and have so much compassion for them because I was in these same patterns for many years, oscillating between the extremes of either being desperate for validation from my partners or not caring at all and feeling emotionally disconnected. It was a difficult breakup that sent me into my rock bottom that was the catalyst which prompted me to transform and heal my life. I share a mix of my insights as an experienced coach in this area and also my own experiences and how I have transformed these insecurities.
