Adam works with a lady that was struggling with her weight and binge eating partly down to a childhood trauma when she was sexually assaulted at the age of 8. Adam uses a metaphor of a space ship since she liked Star Trek to enable her to be a source of support for the childhood version of herself and to enable her inner child to be her new architect of happiness.
