We all want patience and faith...but do we realize what it takes to get there? There is a direct correlation between patience and faith with affliction and tribulation. So if that's true, why do we resist the hard times and then create more suffering than what is needed? It doesn't mean we get to practice "toxic positivity' but at some point, is it possible to come to a place of acceptance of what is and then let "God prevail" in the areas we don't have power and control?
I want to assure you that you can get there.

Family - This can be a loaded topic....especially during this time of year, Christmas. And yet, family can be the catalyst for our greatest growth and personal achievement. I want this for you. I want you to achieve all you most desire from your greatest trial and tribulation, your greatest disappointment and regrets. It's possible. You were created for growth and development, hence, the family honed your attributes of love, gratitude, joy, peace, and graciousness. It's possible. But you're not meant to do it alone. Your greatest cheerleader, advocate, and example?...Your Savior, Jesus Christ, and your Heavenly Parents. Make this your #1 priority for 2024. I promise you won't regret it.
Merry Christmas my friend and Happy New Year. See you all in 2024
King of kings and Lord of lords. Christ was born of Mary to bring us light and life.
What are your favorite scriptures that describe and testify of the living reality of our Savior, Jesus Christ?

The "Light of Christ" is real.
It's not just theology.
It's not just symbolic.
It's not just a word.
That "Light" that is meant to shine in the darkness is your calling. You are meant to shine that light of truth, goodness, love, hope, peace. Why? So that others may be given the opportunity to glorify God.
But "HOW" do you amplify what is within you? LIsten to the episode and then "go and do".
Love, Hyo

Encouragement - we all need it and it is such a simpe act of goodness. Sometimes when we're in the "thick of it" and in the "trenches", we have such a hard time looking beyond our own pain and suffering. And yet, Christ, in His is moments of greatest pain and suffering, that is exactly what He offered. Can you and I do the same? Can we for a day, an hour, a minute offer up encouragement to others? It can make a world of difference....just like what happened after Sister Browning's talk. You could hear so quietly, one of the First Presidency, say,"Well done", after she was done speaking. Who else heard it and their heart was touched? Who else was reminded that two words can make a difference in someone's day?
I "encourage" you to do the same, Look beyond yourself and encourage others. Notice them. See them. Acknowledge them. You may be surprised by their reaction.
Learning and growing has always been such an integral part of my Being. For that reason, I didn't recognize that it was a spiritual gift. It makes sense now that God has a desire for me to expand and nurture this gift and He has done so by putting challenges in my way for me to grapple with and seek and search for answers.
I share with you one practice that is helping me to really be present with my Self and the different parts that make up my Being. And one of the most important parts of me that I am connecting with is my Spirit Being - the Inner DIvine. You have it too and is waiting for you to discover that Divine Being within. Listen to this episode and take the time to put into practice what I teach you. You've got this my dear, beloved friend.

It's hard to come to grips with what we don't have power and control over...but it's at these times when our reliance on God intervening on our behalf is what we most desire and need. He can do for us what we cannot do for ourselves.
I love how He and our Savior, Jesus Christ models this for us. It's emulated throughout the scriptures and throughout our lives if we will slow down and see His hand in our life.
How have you experienced "God interventions?"
How have you been asked to "intervene" on behalf of those that are suffering and to do for them what they cannot do for themselves?
Coincidence (noun): a remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection. The occurrence of events that happen at the same time by accident but seem to have some connection.
Now I have to say that I agree with most of the definition except foe the "by accident" part. When it comes to God, there's no such thing as accidental happenings.
I have such love for how God is involved in our lives and how each and every "divine coincidence" has a ripple effect that affects not just you or me but so many of His children that He loves and cares for.
Motherhood. It's been over 18 years since my first wee one came into this world. I thought I was ready and clearly, I was not. Nor did I know how hard and selfless I would need to be to fulfill this role.
During this Christmas as we focus our thoughts on baby Jesus and who and what He would grow up as, I ask you to think upon His mother, Mary.
I realized that she has had more influence upon Jesus than I think we give her credit. Just think of it, how much of the "growing up" years were a part of in regards to your littles - A lot, right? Like I bet there were days AND many, many nights. And think of the many lessons you were always trying to teach your littles. I truly believe that Jesus learned first hand what it meant to be meek, pure in heart, poor in spirit, to mourn, to be humble, to give up ones life - or at least the life you "thought' you were going to have. And I bet she did it with such grace.
LIsten today's episode and see if you can recognize the "Mary" within you as you may be walking this path called separation and divorce alone. Mary had to walk many parts of her life alone. Who could understand what she went through to have Him, the only Begotten Son of God?
