✨For Survivors: It will be hard for your loved ones to accept what has happened to you. Very selflessly, you have to come to realize that it is something very heavy for them as well. They will need time, it doesn't necessarily mean they don't care but they are just processing it. For the survivors where you have come out and no one is there to support you, know that WE ALL are here for you. Know that you do have what it takes and continue to believe in yourself. Always know that we believe in you as well.✨

✨For family, friends, and significant other of survivors: It is something very hard to carry. Something very heavy on your heart but you must not take such a long time to share your thoughts, feelings, and to reach out. It means the world to survivors to know they have someone supporting them. Even if it's one or two, it matters. The amount of pain you are going through is tough but imagine the amount of pain the survivor has gone through and is continuing to go through especially with your silence or lack of unintentional support. So share your feelings now, you don’t want it to be too late. ✨
