    Ever tried a plant-based corned beef? Well, you will want to after listening to today's episode with Jenny Goldfarb, a plant-based sensation entrepreneur who launched Unreal Deli. Jenny created her the products after she became vegan about five years ago, she made the decision as a result of watching videos on animal cruelty. However, she missed the deli meats that had been very important in her family's Jewish history. In November 2019, Goldfarb decided to take her line of plant-based products to Shark Tank and was able to land a quarter-million-dollar investment from Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban.

Clémence started her company, Gourmandise, after meeting her business partner in a kitchen-classroom. In 2011, the two opened The Gourmandise School in Santa Monica, CA. She is a mother, food writer, master food preserver, recipe developer, food consultant, and chocolate lover!

    In today’s podcast we are joined by Clayton Frech, an amazing entrepreneur who is also the founder and CEO of Angel City Sports, an organization that provides athletic opportunities for children, adults and veterans with disabilities. Thanks to his own personal journey with his first son, Ezra, Frech found the strength to pursue his dream of a more inclusive world and now is in charge of the Angel City Games, the largest multi-sport Paralympic competition in the U. S.

    • There are certain sports that have been specially created for the community
    • Others have been adapted, like wheelchair basketball

Rachel is the CEO and Founder  Swipe Out Hunger, a nonprofit organization that’s helping feed college students all over the US. Swipe Out Hunger is in over 90 universities and has served over 1.7 million meals.
