The body talks, but do we listen? Sometimes…
It might be gut inflammation and bloating, or fatigue, or a big hardened belly, or headaches and trouble sleeping, or mood swings, or skin issues and allergies. This type of body talk is often ignored, or a band aid is slapped on to get through the work week, or a prescription is prescribed to mask the symptoms. It’s hard to stop and find the root cause. It takes time and effort, but like all things worth fixing, your quality of life is one of the most important ones, and your health is a big part of that. So, let’s talk about it…
