ITS A NEW YEAR!
Do you think we have ever been more excited to start a new year than this year? Not in my lifetime.
So with a new year upon us and knowing last year was tough, challenging, irritating and a struggle for so many, what can we do this year to move forward. To launch us to heights we have never seen?
We can start by avoiding New Years resolutions that fade in two weeks and rather create long lasting successful goals.
I am talking about creating "SMART Goals"
Set SMART goals and create a fast start for 2021.

It's hard to believe that we are already at the end of another year. A year of chaos to most but even with the shakable world giving us all it has, its important to take a look back and understand what important lessons we have learned.

In a season of life that can at times seem so out of control, how are we taking care of ourselves? What are we doing to stay calm, present and alive?

It has been my lifelong goal to be the best dad I can possibly be. Through the strength of my father, I have picked up some great tips along the way. And while life throws curveballs, bumps, hills to climb and the fact that the word "no" should be removed from a child's vocabulary all dad's have been given the blessing of nurturing a child.
We need to take that seriously!
I know there are some who are listening today who are just starting out in their full-time career as a dads, and this episode is for you.

This past weekend we cleaned our house a little, tidying up, put toys away, wiped down the kitchen, deep cleaned the bathrooms and generally made the house look nice and stress free.
Honestly, it looked beautiful. And I couldn't help but think how much pleasure it brought us to live in a clean house.
Of course, with 2 boys, it didn't last long, but there was a satisfaction in a clean house and in general keeping the environment clean and tidy. So we thought we would share our habits to maintain and keep a stress-free home.
