I happened upon an amazing book that you need to read: The Art of Stillness: Adventures in Going Nowhere. Here we learn from Pico and others, inlcuding Leonard Cohen, that the grandest adventure is when we connect with ourselves.

So this Sunday, may I offer up a contemplation, an exercise? Can you tune in and be more aware? Ask yourself, How are you? What are you feeling? Check in once or often throughout your day. See what you experience.
