Two days ago I spent the whole day in emergency receiving a blood transfusion. I have issues with iron. Same time last year I was in the same position. Here's the thing, as I was hanging out all day I was able to hear the conditions of my neighbours. Listen to what each person said was the major stressor in their lives.

JUST: don't ever underestimate your own process when it comes to creativity and getting stuff done. Sometimes we just need to let it go without any plans at all and allow it to be birthed and grow, snap, bubble, pop, and finally explode!
