Before I left on holiday I listened to a podcast by Pete Holmes with Lama Surya Das. They talked about a lot of topics, in particular they touched on the idea of being "plugged in". Today, I am inviting you to think about ego when we are engaged with another. Can you take a step back, be aware, and consider approaching the situation from a place of love rather than fear. Fear is where the ego lives. It has it's place, but it certainly does not need to always be driving us.
